Lexi's POV
I held my silver iPhone 6 in my hands, then I nodded to my boyfriend Bo, who is Nicki's stepbrother, to make the beat. The camera was facing towards the girls as I yelled "Err'body say SAUSAGE, keep it going!... EGGS, BACON, GRITS, SAUSAGE!" I then faced the camera towards Tina so she can get her turn first.
"I'M A LATINA BUT I STILL TAKE THE SAUSAGE!"
Then it was Day's turn. "I GOT A BIG FOREHEAD BUT I STILL TAKE THE SAUSAGE!"
Then Nick, "I GOT A FAT ASS BUT I STILL TAKE THE SAUSAGE!" the people in the back watching us laughed at she turned around and started twerking.
I then dragged my attention towards Lira, "I GOT A PRETTY FACE BUT I STILL TAKE THE SAUSAGE!"
Brittany was the last one to go "S-S-S-S-S-SAUSAGE!"
"AYEEEEE!!!!!!!!" Everyone yelled and cheered for us as the rest of our squad came up to watch the video that I just recorded.
Drake's POV
We all crowded around Lexi to watch the video. Everyone was laughing at Nicki because she was the only one who turned around and started twerking.
"Nic always gotta be the one to start a fuckin' dance party..." I clowned her and started laughing while everyone else started dickeating off of me and started clowning her too. She stuck her tongue out at me and then I said "You can get it at anytime baby. Just say the word and I gotchu." I smirked
"Nah fuck outta here with that freaky shit. Nika you stole my part... I had to make some shit up on the spot." Lira glared at Nicki and she glared back which started an intense glaring war between the two sisters.
Nicki broke the stare before she spoke, "Well at least it was good... and it made sense..." she cleared her throat and then mocked what Lira said in the video, "I got a pretty face but I still take the sausage!" Nicki said in a very high pitched voice which made her sister bug her eyes out.
"I don't sound like that! And what you mean by it made sense?!" Lira asked. We all sat in silence waiting for Nicki's response.
"What I mean is... that you do have a pretty face and you still take the sausage..." she laughed at herself before continuing. "Just like the hoe you are." Nicki said and Lira made a face.
"OHHHHHH SHIT!!!!!!" We all yelled.
"SHOTS FIRED!!!!!! KABOOM!!!!!!" Zave yelled making us all crack up laughing.
"THE SHADE HUNTY THE SHADE!!!!" Brittany made a motion with her hands like she was sipping tea like the Kermit the Frog meme.
"I AM NOT A HOE!!! I'VE ONLY BEEN WITH TREY!!!" Lira defended herself then laughed as we all gave Nicki daps for her comeback.
Lira's POV
I really couldn't be mad at Nicki because everyone knows that we mess around like this and its never serious between us.
"Don't you guys just love having lunch last period?" I said in a fake voice as soon as the last bell rang signaling that school was officially over for today.
"No and lets hurry up and get to practice so we can finish this homecoming routine for tomorrow." Tina rushed us and rolled her eyes.
"Chill out Little Red," Trey walked over to me and grabbed my waist. He calls her Little Red because she's short and has red hair. "They'll meet you in the locker room. Y'all got 5 minutes to spare anyway." He waved Tina off and she flipped her hair and walked away. I giggled and faced Trey putting both of my hands on his chest.
"I wanna talk to you later after practice ok?" I innocently looked up at him and pecked his lips.
"About what babe? Is something wrong?" His eyes held so much concern and worry, I started to feel bad because I knew that he's gonna be thinking about it all during practice and its gonna throw off his game.
"Nothing Trey. Just meet me at your after practice. I gotta go. Love you!" I pecked his cheek and ran off.
Brittany's POV
I seen all the other girls run off to go to the locker rooms and I slowly walked behind them in my thoughts...
Xavier said we had a date tonight.
He never told me where.
Zave also never told me what to wear.
All he said was that it's cute and fun and romantic.
I shook my head and caught up with everyone else before heading to the gym so we can start practice. I walked up to Dayna to ask her what Zave's plans are since both of them been best friends since they were 5 or 6 I think.
"Day! Can I hit you with a question right quick?"
Day nodded her head signaling me to continue.
"Zave is taking me on a date tonight... do you know where we're going?" I asked with intrigue. Dayna didn't say anything but she avoided my stare.
"Oh um... yeah I'm not really sure. Just wear some jean shorts with a crop top and sneakers," she paused and tapped her finger on her chin. "messy donut bun, big hoops and very little make-up."
"You sure? I feel like you know but you don't wanna tell me..."
"Brittany," Dayna dead-faced me. "just do as I say, don't panic and let's hurry before coach makes us do duck walks for being late." She grabbed me by my worst and ran off dragging me behind her.
"I don't care! She can kiss my left asscheek!" I rolled my eyes.
Quis's POV
I know my mans Zave got a big surprise planned for Britt but she going around asking everyone what's his plans just to be nosey.
He's gonna give her this promise ring that he brought a while ago and he asked all of us to meet up at the carnival tonight.
"Aye man how you gonna give her the ring?" I asked him as we were doing drills for football. We gotta get ready for this homecoming game so we can win. The game is on our own turf so we really gotta shut shit down. Especially since we going against our biggest rivals the Douglass High Astros.
"Ima but her some popcorn and have the ring somewhere in the popcorn back so she can find it." He cheesed like a little 5 year old boy.
"My nigga this ain't hide-and-go-seek!" Bo clowned him making us laugh at Zave.
"Right! Like fuck you thought nigga!" Trey exclaimed and coach blew the whistle signaling for us to huddle up quick so we can leave.
Bo's POV
I told everyone that I would meet up with them at the carnival a little later because Lexi wanted me to come to the studio to hear what she's been working on. She has the most angelic voice in the whole world and every time I hear her sing I star at her in awe. I know the shit sounds cheesy but I don't care.
As I walked into the studio I expected to see her in the booth recording something, but she was sitting in the chair rolling up.
"You sharing shawty?" My voice startled her I guess because Lexi turn around like she saw a ghost... She relaxed when she seen it was me.
"Hey baby," Lexi got up to kiss me. I snatched the blunt from her fingers.
"You said you got sum'n for me to hear?" I lit the blunt and took a hit, exhaling the smoke from my lips and passed it back to her.
"Oh yeah!" Lexi hopped over to the sound board and hit play and turned up the volume.
She came back over to me and sat on my lap. I passed her the blunt and watch her take a hit as I listened intently to her lyrics.

I was so in awe of her singing and of this song. I knew it was about our relationship because she's always thanking me for saving her.
"Play that shit back." I told her and she did as told. But she turned the volume down so she can talk to me.
"So do you like it?" Lexi but her lip. A nervous habit of her's that I found to be a turn on.
"It's amazing... Put that shit on Soundcloud," I suggested. "After I lay a verse on it." I cheesed and she giggled before slapping my chest.
"We'll get your ass in that booth Papi." Alexis winked at me as I walked towards the booth and put my headphones on.
"Ard.. Ard play it back one more time. Nah wait... Start it right at the end of your second verse," I licked my lips. "Yeah, I like that.. Right there."
Nicki's POV
As usual.. There was a fight at the carnival so the cops shut the place down. So me & Lira went home & I went into my room bumping T.I. as I braided the top of my hair. I only do this occasionally because when my hair is naturally curly the top part of my head doesn't wanna stay curly to it's like a straight curly & it gets on my nerves and ugh! I can't explain it but it makes sense in my head.
So anyway. This fucking bitch barges in my room fucking up my groove. Lira looked at me and laughed.
"My nigga. You remember Coolio from Kenan & Kel?" She asked and I nodded still trying to understand where she's coming from with this interpretation.
"You look exactly like him." I didn't say anything for a few seconds. I turned back to the mirror and stared at my self for 2 minutes.
Lira's goofy ass came behind me and mimicked Coolio's voice from the Kenan & Kel show theme song. "AWWWW HERE IT GOES!!!!"
We both bussed out laughing. I couldn't come back with a smart ass remark like I usually do because she really got me. Lira won this round... For now...
"Yoooo you really hit as shit Nic" I took my phone out and snapped a picture and put it on Snapchat and sent it to my story, and then I sent it to the squad.
"Ard now get out. I gotta get ready for bed. Goodnight love you boo." I blew her kisses and pushed Lira out of my room and shut the door behind her.
